Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is between Kourstec LTD ("Provider," "we," "us") and the organisation or individual ("Subscriber," "you") that subscribes to the FleyeMaps platform. This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service.


1. Subscription Plans

FleyeMaps is offered in the following tiers:

Feature availability and limits may change. We will provide 30 days' notice before reducing features on your current plan.

2. Subscription Licence

Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for internal business purposes during the subscription term. This is a licence, not a sale — you do not acquire ownership of any software or intellectual property.

3. Billing and Payment

  • Monthly plans are billed in advance on the same date each month.
  • Annual plans (where available) are billed in advance for the full year and include a discount as displayed at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Failed payments will be retried per Stripe's dunning schedule. Access may be suspended after repeated payment failures.

4. Add-Ons

Additional features may be purchased as add-ons to your subscription. Add-ons are billed separately and can be managed from your dashboard. Available add-ons include:

  • Extra published links
  • Custom domain mapping
  • Weather intelligence overlay
  • Enterprise SSO integration
  • Additional team seats
  • White-label branding
  • Priority support SLA upgrade
  • Extended flight history retention

5. Renewal and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
  • You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal (Dashboard > Settings).
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • No advance notice period is required. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your renewal date to ensure processing.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
  • Feature access adjusts automatically based on your plan.

7. Data Handling

  • Your data is isolated in a dedicated database accessible only to your tenant. Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans run on fully dedicated database servers; Starter plans run on shared infrastructure pools with database-level access controls (per-tenant Postgres role with strict connection limits) that make cross-tenant data access physically impossible.
  • Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
  • You may request a data export during the retention period.
  • Flight tracking history is retained per your plan's limits.

7.1 Recovery Point and Recovery Time Objectives (RPO/RTO)

  • Starter — RPO 1 hour (continuous logical backup), RTO 8 hours during off-hours maintenance windows. Logical backups retained 7 days hot, 30 days cool, 90 days archive.
  • Standard, Professional — RPO 5 minutes (point-in-time restore), RTO 2 hours.
  • Enterprise — RPO 5 minutes (point-in-time restore), RTO 1 hour, with zone-redundant high availability and automatic failover under 60 seconds.

8. Restrictions

As a subscriber, you shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Redistribute flight data obtained through the Service without separate authorisation
  • Share login credentials or allow unauthorised users to access your account
  • Exceed the usage limits of your plan (published links, seats, API calls)
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

9. Service Level

Uptime is measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance). If we fail to meet the target uptime, you may request a service credit for the affected period.

10. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase takes effect. Price changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

11. Termination by Provider

We may terminate your subscription immediately if you materially breach this Agreement, fail to cure a breach within 14 days of notice, or if required by law. In the case of termination for breach, no refund will be provided.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [INSERT JURISDICTION], consistent with the Terms of Service.
